Sealed orders can be cancelled before they ship and will require a 10% restocking fee.

If any items are missing from your order, please send an email to twincollectiblez@gmail.com along with photo evidence of both the outer box and the contents inside. Orders without evidence cannot be refunded.
International buyers are responsible for all Customs, Duties, and Taxes charged by there country. We are unable to accepts returns based on these fees.
